Mobile Kitchens Trailers, Tented Kitchens and Skid Kitchens

Whether you are feeding a hundred or thousands, Signature Special Event Services has portable kitchen solutions for any situation. Occasions include; special events, kitchen renovations for homes, hospitals, hotels and senior centers and any emergency situation. Any time or anywhere you need a kitchen, we will supply one. All mobile kitchens can accommodate any electrical, propane and/or natural gas kitchen appliances.

Mobile Kitchens

Our climate-controlled mobile kitchens provide up to 15,000 square feet of work space. Each kitchen will be developed to fit your production needs. The kitchen can be designed and loaded with your choice of professional appliances including, but not limited to; convection ovens, steamers, sinks, prep tables, char broilers, fryers, tilt skillets and refrigeration.

Large Mobile Kitchens

Housed in 40-foot mobile trailers, floors can be folded down to create an open area of work space. Walk-in coolers can be attached to suit your refrigeration needs. Each large mobile kitchen can be equipped with a loading dock or walk way built for easier access.

Compact Mobile Kitchens

Designed for a moderate volume of food preparation and service, the compact kitchen is perfect for special events or hospital and hotel kitchen renovations. Customized with your choice of professional cooking equipment, each compact kitchen is housed in a 20-foot trailer that may be modularized like our large mobile kitchens, or attached to a tenting structure for additional work and storage space. All plumbing, electrical wiring and propane lines are pre-assembled and ready for supply connection upon delivery. Fire suppression and venting systems are included with applicable appliances.

Tented Kitchens

Designed to serve meals in a large space, tented kitchens can be customized to fit the needs of your event or operation. Tented kitchens can vary in size and shape, and can be adapted in structure, utilizing clear span and pole tents. Appliances can be strategically placed to fit your production line and a divider may be used within the tent to denote your dining area. Any appliance that needs an ansul suppression system can be placed into our skid kitchen and flush mounted to the tent sidewall. All tented kitchens are climate controlled. Upgraded flooring is available, options include laminate and wood.

Portable Cooking Stations (Skid Kitchens)

Our skid kitchens boast easy setup and teardown capabilities. Each is able to be moved and placed with a warehouse forklift. All that is needed is a 208v 3phase 20A circuit for your ansul and venting system, and then you are able to add electric or gas for your appliances. Each comes lined in stainless steel.

Dishwashing Units

Add our commercial grade, and/or skid mounted dishwasher to any of our kitchen designs or as an upgrade to your own kitchen.

Large Dishwashing Units

We carry large commercial grade dishwashing units which, operating on a conveyer belt, wash 15,000 items or 250 racks per hour. Each unit is housed in a 40-foot mobile trailer and can be adapted to fit our mobile kitchens or placed to fit your production needs.

Small Dishwashing Units

Our smaller, single unit dishwashers can be placed within our 40-foot trailers, large kitchens, compact kitchens or our tented kitchens. They are equipped with all hot water connections and can wash up to 58 racks per hour.

Skid Mounted Dishwashing Units

Our skid mounted dishwashers are designed to be moved by forklifts or pallet jacks. These conveyer-style dishwashers can wash up to 208 racks per hour.

Individual Appliances

Signature Special Events has appliances including, but not limited to, convection ovens, steamers, char broilers, hot boxes, commercial refrigerators, commercial freezers, walk in coolers, prep sinks, wash sinks, hot water heaters, fryers, ranges, alto shams, jon grills, and tilt skillets. Most appliances can be ordered in electric, propane or natural gas.
